  4.     The U.S. Supreme Court has committed a grave injustice in
  5. allowing capital punishment for 16- and 17-year-olds (LAW, July
  6. 10). Now the state is able to take the lives of people who, because
  7. of age, cannot vote or affect the state's actions. It is execution
  8. without representation.

  13.     This ruling is not barbaric, as bleeding-heart liberals insist.
  14. If these teenagers have the means, the capacity, the perversion,
  15. the insensitivity and the physical ability to commit gruesome
  16. murders, why should they evade punishment on the basis of their
  17. age?
